tapes sourcing, product co-development with vendors, Scope 3 emissions, EcoVadis certification, …
• Handling the MRO Spend Data base rebuilt for the Indirect Purchasing team: constructing a dynamic and
easy-to-use dashboard to track portfolio performance and identifying relevant KPIs

• Piloting a strategic project to rationalize the Paints scope in 9 factories in Europe:
- Analysis of the current portfolio (over 4,000 paint references) and identification of potential savings (target
€2M): comparing the current technical offers, launching RFQs, negotiating quarterly with suppliers,
supervising, and monitoring industrial trials, following the supplier homologation process, implementing new
paint management practices with suppliers, …
- Setting-up new e-RFQ processes in Flat Europe, educating internal users to apply best practices and
rationalizing the paint management between suppliers
- Creating a common database and a codification between 3 systems to enhance the local paint management
• Leading 3 TCO action plans with strategic suppliers and R&D (with a €5M savings target): logistical
optimizations, technical ameliorations on products, paint recycling solutions, low curing paint development,
commercial contract with indexation based on the raw material market, CSR, …
• Managing a thirty-part numbers portfolio (electrical and packaging varnishes) split between 3 suppliers with
a €12M turnover: technical optimizations, TCO action plans management, quarterly negotiations,
development of new products in line with the new BPA-NI regulation, …

• Handling the supply replenishment for 21 dark stores in France with a portfolio of 25 directs suppliers and
partners (around €60K of order volume placed per week): order schedule definition, volumes adaption
according to needs and sales, logistic flows management, …
• Analyzing and maximizing Supply Chain KPIs (availability rate, waste, customer satisfaction rate, …) and implementing optimized and automatized replenishment tools (purchase orders, shortage analysis tool, …)
• Participating to the deployment of a new e-procurement tool: adjusting demand and supply parameters, correcting planification errors, comparing key figures with the previous ordering tool
• Managing logistical issues due to specificities related to foodstuffs (expiration date, cold chain respect)

• Managing an over-fifty-part numbers portfolio (air cabin filters) split between 5 suppliers with a turnover of €13000K: overcame the annual performance target with €400K instead of €300K thanks to resourcing (panel rationalization), technical optimizations and standardizations, LTA applications after negotiation, …
• Handling different portfolios and sourcing projects: Drain Hose and Pipe (€125K of savings), Climboxes, …
• Reducing packaging costs through several purchasing commodities (€75K, ongoing): calculating gap costs between suppliers, searching new technical packaging solutions and leading negotiation with suppliers
• Solving operational issues during electronical components crisis: avoiding raw material shortage, ensuring that the KPI “Vehicle-Off-Road” stays under 1%, helping suppliers to find temporary technical solutions
